Worth Valley Shopping Centre secures major national retailers

27 February 2014

Intravenous are delighted to report that the Worth Valley Shopping Centre scheme continues to gather pace, with developers Stainsby Grange Ltd announcing that Next are the latest major retailer to instruct their solicitors to acquire a lease at the site.

The capture of the flagship store came as a result of a successful period of negotiations by Stainsby Grange, during which Intravenous provided Architectural Visualisations depicting how the Next store would look at the new retail park.

David Williams Development Director at Stainsby Grange had the following words to say about the visuals and the role they played in the negotiation process…

“As with all new builds and any attempt to let off plan, the closer you can get to being able to show your potential customer what the finished project is going to look like the better. This was particularly so with Next as how striking the main frontage would be and being able to fully visualise the outstanding presence this will give them in the town was I believe a deal clincher.”
