Intravenous were commissioned to produce a dynamic new sales brochure for Foss Place; a prestigious, high specification office building in the heart of York. The striking cover image is the result of some imaginative on-site photography and contemporary image effects.

As the site of the luxury boutique hotel and spa begins to take shape, work continues at pace in the Intravenous studio. In addition to the exterior visuals shown above we are currently working on a range of cgi interiors for the hotels high specification rooms and various leisure/fitness facilities.

The interior visuals will provide a unique glimpse of the stunning bedrooms, reception areas, fine dining restaurants, bars and of course the sumptuous pool and spa settings, all of which are to be finished to the highest standards using luxurious materials and exquisite furniture, fixtures and fittings.

Intravenous would like to congratulate York St John Rowing Club on their excellent efforts in the St Patricks week charity rowathon event, in aid of The Jennifer Trust and Sports & Societies.

The team rowed for 12 hours on three rowing machines! The equivalent of rowing 119km – the distance from Holyhead to Dublin. The support they received from fellow students was fantastic and as a result they raised over £130 from bucket collections alone.

Not bad considering the increases to student tuition fees!

Using a combination of 3D Graphics, Photography and some photoshop wizardry, Intravenous produce a dynamic artists impression of the proposed redevelopment of an existing commercial unit.

The visual is to be used as part of a marketing campaign to increase awareness of this fantastic retail opportunity and its prime location.

This is yet another example of the excellent portfolio of properties marketed by Scarborough based property business Crown Properties Ltd.

Work continues at pace behind the scenes of the exciting new addition to Yorkshire’s hotel and leisure industry. Intravenous are currently working on an extensive range of architectural visualisations for both the interior and exterior aspects of the luxurious boutique hotel and spa. Scarborough based property business Crown Properties Ltd commission Intravenous to produce a CGI for the marketing of a brand new development on Seamer Road, Scarborough.

Following the success of their annual Bonfire celebrations in November, YSJRC have donated £600 of the proceeds to registered charity SOS Africa.
